                                                Dementia training through hands on skill building!


Designed specifically with retirement, long-term-care facilities, home care agencies, emergency service providers, and other organizations/caregivers that provide care to persons living with dementia in mind, Vero offers a diverse range of workshops, using  evidence based practices & innovative strategies for training solutions tailored to your needs.


Learn how approaches can be modified to support persons living with dementia through each of the changes they may experience, promoting quality of life and well-being. Discover the strategies and tools necessary to implement these practices effectively through hands-on practical  skill building as staff are exposed to the Positive Approach to Care methods inspired by Teepa Snow.  Participants will gain valuable insights to foster compassionate and person-centered care.


In-Person workshops are primarily offered in the Central/East areas of Ontario, however arrangements can be made for other areas in Ontario, or virtually on an as needed basis. See the 'services' page for more details about workshops offered.

How to proceed:
Step 1- Review available workshops on the 'Services' page. Take note of areas that you would like to have extra focus on for customizing the training to meet your specific needs.

Step 3-Discuss/Plan/Book your workshops (various options available to suit groups large and small, or book Vero for the day to offer several in-service style sessions).
